P.C. Paul the policeman was a very smart, fast and strong man,but the only problem he had was his feet. They were very small feet. The bit i like about this book is that the policeman goes to a cafe and looks through a window and sees peoples shoes, then he got up and scratched his head and nose. he then went to the nearest shoe shop to buy the biggest pair of boots. One day as he was chasing a burglar he tripped over his own boots. He fell in a big puddle of mud on a building site, where he saw a yellow machine which would flatten his feet. Then he found that he couldnt walk, b ut could only waddle like a penguin.
After reading this book, I have learnt that you should be satisfied with what you have. As P.C. Paul did, he travelled the whole wide world to make his feet bigger but he couldnt make them bigger. He was more home sick and his feet in the end did not matter any more.

I always enjoy reading your book reviews. You explain your ideas clearly and use interesting vocabulary.
Now try and support your ideas and opinions about what is happening in the story by using parts of the text.
