As Jessica was running to get her hat she saw the sign and asked the owner of the shop not to close the shop. When she came back Miss Strega, the shop owner, asked her, What can I do for you? well i read the sign foor flying lessens.Will you teach me how to fly, please Miss strega. Miss strega ,said of course i can teach you how to fly; but it is not as easy as you may think.

WITCH IN TRAINING (FLYING LESSONS) BY MAEVE FRIEL

This book is about a girl called Jessica. Jessica is a girl who is a witch, but she doesnt want to learn how to fly. The reason being why she doesnt want to learn is that she thinks that she might fall or have a crash. So that is why she doesnt want to learn how to fly.

One day as Jessica was walking down the pavement her hat flew away. It was a very windy day. The hat was long and pointy, the colour was white and it had a long and floaty veil stuck at the top. It sort of looked like princess's wear. Jessica's party hat flew away, over a babys' buggy, sailed under a boy with roller blades on, galloped along the pavement and finally came to land on a pile of twigs. As Jessica was getting her hat she read the sign BIRCH BOSOM £4.99 FLYING LESSONS EXTRA.

I enjoyed this book because, it is funny and there is a little boy and he turns flat, and he likes it, but some people laught at him. His fellings are hurt which make him sad. After he is sad, he goes home, and tells his Mum, that people was being mean and picking on him. Then the next day, everybody was flat aswell, he laughts because he is not flat anymore. Then when he touched a house, he turns flat AGAIN, and then he played with his flat friends.

This book is about a cat called Tabitha. She is a travelling cat and loves visiting new places. One day she got on a Lorry that went to India. She went to eat in the market. She did not know that Someone was watching her. It was a dog, one of the village dog, and it started to follow Tabitha. Tabitha did not see the dog. She was too busy trying to find something to eat.Then another dog started to follow Tabitha. Then another, and another until soon there were ten dog, all following Tabitha around the market. Suddenly Tabitha stopped. Something told her that she was being followed. She turned around. She saw a dog and it growled at her. Then she saw all the other and they were growling too. Tabitha started to run. You have to read Cobra cat to find out more.

I like reading this book because I like cats. This book is trilling, exciting and I like it very much!

Penguin Dreams by J.Otto Siebold & V.L. Walsh

This book is about a penguin called Chongo Chingi who is asleep and when he is asleep he dreams he can fly but of course penguins can not fly in the air! In his dream he goes past a zoo, a plane and meets a bat. The bat goes in the sunlight and then goes 'kersplooey!' and turns into a vampire. Chongo flies into space then he suddenly wakes up.

I like this book because it has short sentances and rhyming words in it.

The Lazy Ladybird

this is a story of a very lazyladybird. I enjoy reading the story. the ladybird
liked to sleep all night and all day and because she slept all night and all day
this lazyladybird didn t know how to fly. At the end, she hoped onto an elephants trunk then the elephant sneezed, and the poor old ladybird had to fly at last.

I like reading this book because it is funny and very interesting, and i enjoyed it!

Tickie, Tickle

One of my favourte books is tickie, tickie, my mum use to read it to me when l was a baby. At the end my mum used to tickle me when it said tickie, tickie. now l am old enough to read it myself and it still make me laugh. This is a specia book for me and my mum and will treasure it.It,s a short story so read it for youself.
